  • As we are an online store, we do not have an option to test or see the products before purchasing them. However, we do have a supporting team of beauty experts that are ready to answer all your beauty questions. You can also check the ingredients listing before completing your purchase to identify any allergens

  • Click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase
  • If you wish to change the quantity of the item, adjust the number in the box under the “Quantity” column
  • To review the items in your cart, simply click on the “Cart” button, located at the top right of the page
  • If you have an applicable “Coupon Code”, enter it and click on “Apply Coupon”
  • The total price will be updated with according discount
  • Review your order at the Cart section. Once you are ready to place the order, click on “Proceed to Checkout”
  • Choose your shipping preferences (Free delivery above HK$400)
  • You can choose “Local Pickup” if you wish to collect your items in person
  • Fill in all necessary shipping details for your order
  • Choose your preferred payment method (PayPal or Alipay), you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account
  • You can purchase Alipay Voucher from all Hong Kong 7-Eleven convenient stores
  • Please review your order again before completing the payment
  • You will receive a confirmation email shortly once you have placed your order. Your order is not confirm until you receive a confirmation email
  • How can I check my order status?
  • To check the status of your order, please login to your account at https://www.blush.com.hk , click on “Track Your Order” under the “My Account” section and view your most current order status
  • Can I cancel my order?
  • We are unable to cancel orders once it has been marked as “processing”
  • Can I amend my order once it has been confirmed?
  • In order to provide quality customer services to all our members and customers, we are unable to amend any orders as we process orders immediately when payment is confirmed. Any amendments may cause delay in the delivery of your order
  • What are your delivery options and what are the costs?
  • We ship all items from Hong Kong through local courier(SF Express)
  • For local orders, a shipping fee will apply if your minimum purchase amount falls below HKD400 after discounts. The shipping fee is HKD 30 for orders below HKD400. 
Local orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days
  • For oversea orders, a shipping fee will apply if your minimum purchase amount falls below USD100 after discounts. The shipping fee varies depending upon your country and location. Oversea orders will be delivered in 7-14 business days
  • We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Hong Kong SAR Public Holidays. Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather
  • Can I collect my order directly from Blush Cosmetics?
  • Yes, we do offer a Local Pickup service which is free of charge. You can choose “Local Pickup” upon your order checkout (at the Shipping Section). Once the payment is completed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for you to collect your order
  • What if I entered the wrong address, what should I do
  • Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been processed.
In the case of the wrong address being indicate in the order, and the package is delivered, Blush Cosmetics will not be liable for any replacement or refund. The courier may charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong or invalid address

  • If I am unhappy with the products I purchased and would like to return and ask for a refund, what should I do?
  • Upon receiving your package, please inspect your shipping box and the items inside for missing, faulty or damaged items. If the product is missing, faulty or damaged, you may request a refund. We require customers to contact us within 7 days after delivery to notify us of any issues. The shipping box may have normal wear from the transit process. However, if your order arrives damaged, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and original items on the order
  • We only accept returns of unused, un-open, or un-tampered products. Items must be returned to our office (Address: Room 1129-1130, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong) in person within 7 days after delivery. Your proof of purchase / order number must be included in the return
  • Can I change my mind and ask for a product exchange?
  • We do not accept exchange of products. In most cases, we do not accept any returns of cosmetic or skincare products for hygienic reasons. Exceptions are made for damaged items. We cannot offer a refund for any product that has been opened or used unless the product is faulty or damaged

  • What can I do with the Blush loyalty points I earned?
  • Taking part in our Blush membership program, you will earn 1 Blush Point for every HKD10 spent at blush.com.hk . Blush Point is calculated based on the total net amount of the transaction. The spending in cents and transaction under HK$5 will not be counted. For example, if the total net amount of the transaction is HKD104.50, 10 Blush Points will be earned; Every Blush Point can be used as HKD 1 during subsequent purchases
  • Do the points I accumulate expire?
  • Blush Loyalty Point is not subjected to an expiry date
